On the road again!

Chris has been running for over a year now, he is fitter, slimmer and healthier (and jealous as I may be, running is still definately not for me!)
On Sunday he ran the Great Manchester run and raised over £200 in sponsorship for the NCT. More importantly, he acheived a new personal best!

There were a lot of people, so I watched the start from a big screen and wiled away the time taking a few photos in the grey, cool, raininess.

 But the funniest sight?....Chris running across the road to buy donuts after the run!!!
